Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund less $5 dollar return shipping costs. We will pay return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (incorrect items, defective items, etc.).

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your order.

Exchanges

You may exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit (via online gift card) in the amount of the original purchase (less $5 dollar return fee).
